ABOUT THIS SPACE
Owned by a local family, this newly built property is light, airy and spacious. It offers a Master en-suite , Double room and a single room, with a spacious family bathroom.
Downstairs offers a separate living room, downstairs wc, along with a kitchen diner that opens up onto an enclosed garden.
The property has a double driveway with side access to the house- surfboard, cycling, pushchair etc friendly.
Our nearest beach is just 3.9 miles away from you, Breathtaking views and walks near by.
The space
With the aim to maximise your space, we have tried to keep the house a home from home.
Although there is not a ev charger at the property there is one located just a short walk away, please ask for me for details.
We can offer secure locked parking for your vehicles at a additional cost of £5 per night by arrangement if this is helpful
Guest access
With a double drive parking should not be a issue, whilst you are at the house.
Parking locally is mostly free but in built up areas charges apply for as little as 20p for a short stay.
Affinty parking is free but please check signs when you arrive as in some parts there is a time limit.
